Yoga classes

Designed for all levels and provides opportunity for exploration of movement, breath and balance. Our intention is for students to leave class stabilized, strengthened, enlivened, and supported.  Led by Natalie Roberson, E-RYT 200, RPYT, YACEP. Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30pm. Free-will donations will be accepted.
